Seriagraph prints are each original and unique. They are created
by first making a plate, in the Waco
series I made a raised collage, cutting and glueing pieces together
onto one piece of heavy cardboard, the plate. On the Old
Tech series I used various scraps of CD's, tape cassetes,
and VHS tapes to create the plate. The plate is then coated with
a heavy coat of white base. The plate becomes the canvas as I
apply ink. Once ready the inked up plate and a special piece of
linen paper are put through a press. The print is complete and
the plate is cleaned to accomodate the next unique creation.
